Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). As a one-person business, I do my best to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. If there are any delays, I will notify you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method selected at checkout.

Order Tracking
A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

International Shipping
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact me within 5 days of delivery with your order details. I will work with you to resolve the issue, but please note that I am not responsible for carrier mishandling.
